All pallets and parcels should be clearly tagged or labelled
- Grip and lay edges should be clearly marked on all uncut sheets
An ORDER and sample must accompany every job in a separate envelope marked PRODUCTION OFFICE. Jobs cannot be commenced until an order is received.
The order must have the following detail:
- Name of Job
- Number of Pages/Sections
- Quote number and Quoted Price
- Trim Size
- Type of Binding
- Packaging Instructions
- Delivery Instructions
- Expected Delivery Time as agreed with production: Any special requirements must be clearly noted.
The order is to be signed by the authorising officer with his/her name clearly printed under his/her signature. For GST exemption, the appropriate documentation claiming exemption, should be forwarded with the order.
The amount of overs we require depends on the job being produced. The more operations that we need to complete, the more overs are required. Refer to detailed table, for further details. Please phone if you are unsure of our requirements.

The above should be taken as a guide in respect of 4pp,6pp,8pp,12pp,16pp and 24pp sections of Saddlestitch, Perfect/Burst Bound or Section Sewn Booklet.
When considering overs in respect to Brochures, the complexity of the fold and the type of paper stock and coating, determine the number of overs. With multiple folds, the number of overs increases, depending on the number of folds.
